- Standard tolerance: up to 3 dead or bright pixels, not concentrated within the central 5 cm × 5 cm area.

- This tolerance and these exclusions reduce neither the right of withdrawal nor the legal guarantees in article 8.
11. Right of withdrawal
- All our customers, individuals and businesses alike, whatever their country, have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason. For consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (where it is called the right to cancel), this right is provided by law.
- The period expires 14 days after receipt of the product, or of the last parcel if the order is delivered in several parcels. You can withdraw as soon as you have ordered. Until the order is dispatched, it can be cancelled by simple email, with a full refund.
- Tell us of your decision by any unambiguous statement: email to [email protected], post, or "My returns" in your account. A model form is provided on the Shipping and returns page.
- Send the product back complete, with its accessories, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement. You may unpack and try the product; only a loss of value caused by handling beyond a trial (including a missing original box) may be deducted from the refund, with supporting evidence.
- A bundle sold at a single price can only be withdrawn from as a whole.
- Return costs: free in the European Union, with our prepaid label; paid by the buyer outside the European Union, up to USD 200. A parcel refused on delivery is charged to the buyer, up to €90 (shipped from our EU warehouse) or USD 200 (shipped from Hong Kong or China). Details are on the Shipping and returns page.
- The refund covers the price and the original delivery at the rate of the least expensive standard delivery offered. It is made no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal; we may wait until we have received the product back or proof of its dispatch, whichever comes first.
- No handling or restocking fee is charged.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised.
12. Returns and after-sales service
- Returns for a fault, transit damage or under warranty are reported in "My returns" or to [email protected], with photos and the serial number. After checking, we send a prepaid return label; the return address is given with that label.
- For these returns (after-sales and warranty), prior approval is required before the parcel is sent. This rule does not apply to withdrawal (article 11).
- After-sales service is provided within Europe.
13. Force majeure
- The seller is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, conflict, or disruption of transport or networks.
14. Personal data
